The 2024 Andhra Pradesh state election witnessed a high voter turnout of 80.66%. A total of 25 Lok Sabha seats and 175 Assembly constituencies were contested. The main contenders in the race were the YSRCP, the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). The TDP is allied with the BJP, while the YSRCP is contesting independently.
